How many fans are in a hp compaq d530sff?

Can anyone tell me how many fans there are in the following desktop machine?
HP compaq d530sff
Mine is making a very loud fan noise and I have been told that a working fan may be making up for an immobilsed one and causing it to be so permanently noisy. As you know some repair agents want a king's ransome (albeit a small one) to even take a look at your machine, money I don't really have. If I can diadnose and replace simply enough myself I will attempt to.

Take the case off and look...

if your prepared to replace a fan then you must be prepared to take the case off!!!

look at the big fan and heat sink on the main board in the computer, if it looks fluffy then a simple clean out might solve your problem.

ChuckFickens is quite right, though I would add that once you've got the case open, I would clean every fan in sight. I know some people suggest using a blower and that can work up to a point, but can just blow the dust into another corner of the case. I use my normal vacuum cleaner and get into the tiny places by taping a small plastic tube to the hose. This gets into the tightest places all around the motherboard and even between the fan blades without placing your hands inside the case too much. One time a wire had come adrift inside the case and was rubbing against one of the fans; a simple job to correct, thank heavens. If you find a particular fan that is the culprit, try to extract it from the case and pop along to Maplins with it, they do a wide range of replacement fans. The connectors are pretty standard. Let us know how you get on.

Thanks and unfortunately no, I haven't had time to look as yet, but I'm not scared! Given chance I'll have the back off anything, getting it back together is usually the trouble! I'll post when I get it fettled and let y'all know!
