Loop System (telephones)

Most standard telephones have an in built loop system for hearing aid wearers. Does anyone know of any mobile phones that have them (I had one once but it was not an advertised feature of the phone). And does anyone know why they are not so 'hearing aid' user friendly? What is the technology/terms to make it work?

I suggest to use headset for less hearing sense. VoIP phones has save and replay features to play back conversation.
