Nokia E71

I recently upgraded on the 3 network to a Nokia E71, however I found I was having problems sending texts and realised it was the message centre number that was incorrect so I changed it to the correct one. The thing is my phone now seems to keep adding a new message centre number and making it the default one which has the wrong number on it so I go to send a text and realise that it's not sent as it's the wrong message centre so I have to keep changing it. It's a bit annoying.

I hope this makes some sense.

Anyway, my question is does anyone know how to stop it automatically adding a new message centre that has the incorrect number please?

I keep going to settings and deleting it but it just keeps coming back like it has a mind of it's own!

Any help would be much appreciated, thanks.
