BT Hub Phone
2 Answers
Hi, I've got a BT hub phone which will not hold its charge. When the phone is on the cradle it appears to be charging but when the handset is lifted off the cradle the battery indicater is empty. I've tried changing the batteries.
Would anyone be able to advise what the problem might be? Thank you in advance.

(brand new??)
batteries - phone bust is the only option left
the charger uses the bottom contacts - the battery compartment connects directly
never dismantled one - shouldn't be too hard though... possibly a broken wire - or dirty contact from battery holder to pcb.
do clean the springs and contacts that hold the batteries first though
