you can't
Setup a distribution list that contains all the addresses you want to send the mails to and then just send it to the list and everyone in it will get the mail
You've not said what version of outlook, but on most of them click on the file menu, select new and then distribution list
on the next page, give the list a name, then click select members and add all the people you want in it, when done click save and close.
Now when you come to write a mail instead of typing everyones names or addresses in the to field just put the list name in there and it will send to all.

just tried it. [in 2006]
click on top name, go to last name, hold shift key, click on last one, they should all highlight.
Any you don't want to include, hold ctrl key down and click on name, only that name should be deselected, the rest remaining highlighted.
You should then be able to add them in "to" box, "cc" or "bcc"
Is that what you meant?

I'm afraid I don't understand your problem, I'm running outlook 2000 with Googlemail & when I want to send an email I click new mail & when the page opens at the top(just above where you type to) there's a book symbol which when clicked opens up all of my contacts, I double click on each one & then click ok & they all appear in the to collumn ready to be sent after you type message then click on send.
