getting access to my baby,,, her mother threatening me

im due in court on 26th aug to gain access to see my baby,,i went seen lawyer and told her that my x partner was threatening me with rape,,she says we had sex when we were together 6 mths ago which is pack of lies and its now making me ill with worry,,we were together at the time ,,my lawyer told me not to worry but my x partner is very twisted and vindictive,,she says this happened one nite when we were drunk and she was sleeping,,we were together 3 yrs,,,she only hit me with these alligations 2 mths ago when i finished with her....we then got back together then she recorded me on dictiphone,,so she says anyway,,i rem sayingon phone to her"listen leAVE ME ALONE AND GO AWAY AND I DONT GIVE A DAMN U CAN SAY WHAT U WANT" NO POLICE HAVE BEEN TO SEE ME OR ANYTHING AND THEY KNOW WHERE I LIVE TOO.. im scared she will bring this out in court,,,she is twisted and obviouslely out to hurt me and get dirty,,,would the police listen to this,,help pls
