i have windows vista and my computer is only 3 years and this last while it is very very slow i have all the updates but cant work out why its so slow.

It might have a virus. It could be adware or malware. Give it a scan

i have scanned it yesterday and no viruses where found it just seems to be getting slower as the day goes on (not that its fast in the morning either) it also keeps saying (not responsing) all the time when i try to look something up

Have you added a lot of junk "helper" applications? Are there a lot of icons in the system tray (next to the clock) waiting to respond to your rare request for them to perform?

They tie up memory and can slow down your computer.

no there are only 5 beside the clock i think i will have to get someone in to look at it.

Clear out all your Temp Files and anything else that you do not need. Use CCleaner
