0spam help please

I have had a "professional" account with 0spam for several years allowing me to block spam from 4 accounts. recently I was unable to access this account due to "incorrect user name or password" but password retrieval came up with the same password and did not work. I have sent them a "ticket" requesting help and have opened a new account which covers just one password for free. After a week the "ticket" remains 'open' and marked as low priority. To add more email addresses I am asked to upgrade and although I am willing to do this my main concern is retrieving my old white and blocklists and that is what I have asked them. I have always been well pleased with the service after having tried mailwasher beforehand and I am already noticing a large increase in emails coming into my box.
Can anyone advise if I accept the upgrade (fee non returnable) I will be able to reinstate these lists? Otherwise if I cannot retrieve these lists is there an alternative service which will extract multiple email addresses spam in a similar way and is recommend by ABers

Oh dear wend ... strikes me that quite an expensive piece of spam got through to you several years ago ..(and several sets of �18s ago.

I especially like ....
0Spam.com blocks all spam messages if you have setup your account properly
lol - what a getout

all e-mail providers and ISPs do their best to filter out spam - it's in their interest to provide a clean service
(the problem is that it's always reactive and so it's only when a new scam comes out that a solution is found - so some always gets through).

malware of all flavours - once it's detected - is put into a signature database which all the scanning firms have access to
It's an odd concept ... but they all share information (except microsoft - who are excluded).
it's how that information is used that's secret

so you already have a pretty good professional spam filter (notice no quotes - it really is professional).

the best thing you can do is create a few addresses - one each for
family
business
subscriptions
banking
online buying
etc
never ever use them elsewhere
when the spam gets too much - dump it ... and create another
one last thing ... if your ISP provides spam filtering (and they will)
.... add Ospam

ACtheTROLL Sorry but this time I cannot agree with you. I have not paid an annual fee and the daily notifications have proved very useful. I already use various email addresses as you advise.On the odd occasion a new contact emails (usually via our website) I spot that and respond. Thunderbird,AOL?Netscape and ISP do pick up as you say mostly phishing type
I have been very appreciative of your help in the past and thank you for your response but I have found 0spam very helpful and effective
as a non user I can't argue with you
if your experience is good - that's worth knowing

but all I can say I've never heard of it (I'm not infallable I know that) - hopefully some of the others will chip in

looking at the site the bells started ringing - the majority of reviews seem to be home grown ...
and not a single one from a site I recognise

generally all signs of scamware
I wouldn't use it myself - can't justify it - just my impression
