Well that's a Leicester postcode .... miles from Scotland.

But don't despair - It's the postcode for Barclays mail processing centre which serves ALL their branches. You don't need to know where the branch is and indeed given that description (North Scotland 3) it isn't a branch, but a group of branches possibly covering several hundred square miles.

Why not indeed? If people are posting trivial questions like, "Who is the girl eating the bowl of cereal in the Coco Pops adverts", then why not this?

No reason why not. I'm just puzzled as to (a) what use the info is and (b) why people sign up to AB just to ask this rather than look it up on Google or ask their bank.

This also puzzles me why people in the adverts section do the same. Quite why anyone wants to know the name of a song that plays for a tenth of a second in the Maybelline adverts is beyond me.
