3 Answers
Hi all, I hope I'm putting this question in the correct category! the above named digibox was working fine until last night when it was turned on there was hardly any sound at all even though both the TV and digibox sound were turned to max, even more curious is the fact that the sound we are getting is not from the programme we are watching! Hope someone can help! TIA.........welsh

see if it works
unplug from mains - count to 20 (or better - make a cup of tea) - plug back in
see if it works
if not - run through the new setup routine.
see if it works
if still not working - hope someone else thinks of someting I've missed

Start from scratch as ACtheTROLL suggests.
Switch on TV first and make sure you have good Analogue Signal.
Switch 'ON' DigiBox and do a Full Re-Scan by accessing Menu Function. If you still cannot get a decent picture with corresponding sound I would take it back to the Retailer and ask for replacement if it is still under Guarantee.
Many of these cheaper Freeview Boxes are a pain in the neck as they are unreliable.
