cheap laptop with built in camera and microphone?

Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced laptop with built in camera and microphone. It will only be used by our elderly mother for skype calls, nothing else. I believe we will need mobile broadband for it to work. Thank you for your help.

If she won't be using it for many other purposes, something like the asus eee might do the job and also be small enough to slip in her handbag.
