Does anyone know how to turn the page after the first 20 answers have been posted?

Does anyone know how to open up the question window when using firefox?

Does anyone know how to pre-view a question or answer so that it can be edited if necessary, before being submitted?

On the AB home page use the box 'Ask a question about'
Use the drop down menu to choose your topic, then off you go.

Third point

Preview a question - don't know yet, I haven't asked one
Preview an answer - you never could, could you?
