Well, which GeForce 4 card? There are quite a few.
The GeForce card is a dedicated card plugged into the motherboard. The Intel one is a chipset, built into the motherboard of the laptop (hence, popular to save space and fit into a tiny laptop).
The Intel will probably be better. but not a million times better.
But what do you care? All you need to know is if the Intel graphics chipset can run whatever game or app you want it to run.
The Intel will be fine for visual effects (perhaps not all with Vista, for some reason their code isn't well optimised), and some older games, as well as the likes of photoshop. It'll struggle with newer games though.
