When I turn on my PC and log into my user account, I automatically get a message that 'Explorer has encountered an error and needs to close'. This is before I even connect to the net. Then after about 20 minutes of surfing, explorer stops responding. However the modem is still running, as I have Kazaalite and it can still work.

Anyone know what is wrong?

kazza programs take up most CPU resouses and leave little for other programs. this causes multiple faliurs and loggouts in online programs. Also it can cause programs to stop responding because they have no CPU resourses to keep them going. This can cause a system crash in worst of cases and can be a HUGE problem for 56k users. hope this helps. Matt
