Re-Tune day

I had a message pop up on my television, saying I should re-tune my channels on the 30th September.

What does all this mean?

Will it only apply to freeview set top boxes, or those with built in freeview?

How does one carry this action out?

well I could try and talk you through this but it's far easier to drag a 12 year old youth off the street and get him to do it for £5.00....

Both. Channels are being moved about into different Multiplexes (MUX).A Full Re-Scan is necessary so access Menu Function and go into Set-Up. Do a Full AutoScan. Official Date of Winter Hill switchover is Nov 4th when another Re-Scan will be necessary followed on 2nd Dec by another Full Re-Scan. Have Fun !!
