Printer prints blurred, is it worth getting fixed

My Lexmark printer is printing out blurred. Is it worth getting fixed? I have tried to look at it myself but I'm not very technical and not sure what I'm doing

For 30 or 40 quid you can get a brand new printer complete with new inks and 1 year guarantee; it will scan,copy,etc. to a standard that cost a fortune 10 years ago.Treat yourself for Christmas and go for it!!
