Yahoo Groups

Just wondered how many Yahoo groups there were? There seem to be thousands and how big would the servers have to be?

From what I've seen, all that you're allowed to post in the yahoo groups is plain text so the servers shouldn't have to be offensively big. I've no idea how many groups there are though.
