Hello there,

Just wondering how you actually turn off auto correct (when you spell a word slightly wrong, usually just one letter out of place and the program changes it for you) Not be confused with spell checker this I would like to stay on if possible?

Many Thanks,

Simon

In Word 2003 it's Tools, then Auto Correct Options. Could be the same for Word 2007.
It could be, but it's not. Microsoft long ago decided that a consistent interface was way down their list of priorities.

It's
Click big nameless button at top Left
Click Word Options, second button from right at bottom
Click Proofing on left
Click AutoCorrect Options button on Right
