Hi ive got one of the above that i got 20 mths ago, it had been bought then unlocked to my network then on to pay and go. works great apart from the music wont shuffle anymore. Any clever people out there know if i just need the software reloaded.? cheers K.

omg ive been stuck on repeat for twelve months hey presto i found a net page with the answer. im unstuck at last, and sane again x

download the latest \"itunes prog\" connect your old iphone to your comp by its usb lead when i tunes detects the mobe go to search for updates it will back up the mobe up give it all the latest updates and but back all your music/pics/ progs etc back on after its done
i did this with my original 2g model
note the updates and reinstall takes a long time up to 20 mins don\'t disconnect the mobe while doing this
