Mesh PC Adapter Problems

I am currently having some issues with a MESH PC which showing: Realtec RTL8169/8110 Network Adapter not working properly & also Microsoft Tun Miniport Adapter not working. These are causing slow internet access. I am unsure how to update/fix these issues! Any ideas?
