I haven't got HD ready tvs so would an HD box work like Sky+ or be rubbish or not work at all?
It's not often Sky give existing customers anything and I was thinking of buying another Sky+ from Amazon before I saw the offer.
Yes, I could phone Sky and probably join a queue until tomorrow!

You are only allowed one HD box using the offer!
The Sky HD rep was in the supermarket this afternoon and although I'll be spending an extra £9.75 per month for a service I won't receive it works out cheaper in the short term than forking out a huge amount for a second Sky+, either new from Sky or secondhand from Amazon then hoping for a local company to come and, hopefully, set it up. Sorted!

I dont fully understand this question.
Are you saying you want this new Sky HD box AS WELL as keeping your existing Sky+ box (have 2 Sky boxes)?
If you go from having ONE Sky box to TWO Sky boxes this counts as Multiroom and that costs you an extra £10 a month (as well the EXTRA £10 a month for Sky HD).
So you are looking at an extra £20 a month if you go Multiroom AND Sky HD.

I really wanted 3 Sky+ boxes for 3 tvs. I have 2 digiboxes and 1 sky+. I already pay for multi-room and sky sports, and espn in addition to a basic package.
Anyway, I've signed for the HD box deal and hope to get a tv in the sales . The man at Curry's is very helpful and patient.
I shall then have a spare digibox and a spare tv to go in another room.
Thanks for your replies. I'll close the question now.
