(Just teasing Dot! I really don't know the rules on posting links so I suppose I'll ask Spare Ed tomorrow what is allowed and what isn't.)
Personally, I avoid the extended warranties so I've never used the company myself, but I do know people who have and feel it's a great service. I'm sure there are complaints out there about them as well; I don't think you could be in that business without some controversy.
