blackra1n jail break problem

hi there i have recently jail broken my ipod touch 3.1.2, cut a long story short i wasnt connected to the internet so i thought it didn't work so i deleted the app/icon (blackrain) i found out what the problem was but when can't get the icon back on my ipod. can any body help exept a full restore.

if worst comes toworst can i save all my apps and data for a restore,
