The only lights that come on the modem when trying to get a connection are the Power, Sync and Ready.
Emails could be sent and received up till a couple of days ago.
The ISP ( call centre) say it is a Microsoft problem even though we could at the time, have emails sent and received.
Any ideas would be appreciated.
