Ice Age 3 Dawn of the Dinosaurs

I bought this DVD for my grand-daughter for Christmas and it says there is a digital copy that you can download to your PC. When they were prompted to enter the serial number on their PC they were told. the number had already been used and so I took the DVD home and put it in to my computer and it immediately comes up with a "riskware-invader" warning followed by "this behaviour is typical of some malicious programs" I intend to return the DVD to Amazon, but has anybody else had problems with it?
