lg ke850 prada phone scratched screen

has anyone changed or has knowledge of changing the screen on a lg ke850 prada phone. the phone i have has a badly scratched screen and i'm sure i can change it quite cheaply. i just need some knowledge or advice.

thanks, i've been on google and i can get one quite cheap but you tube doesnt have a video for the prada, although they must be all similar but it would be better with the exact info.
