Sound to powerpoint.

I have a powerpoint presentation that i need to e mail to someone but they lose the sound at the other end...please can anyone tell me how to overcome this ( using mp3/4 files)
need an idiot proof guide as i am no techno queen !

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.At the moment, the MP3 files are being "linked" - when you play the presentation, Powerpoint looks in your Music folder, or wherever the files are stored, and plays them at the correct time.
When you email the file, those linked MP3s are not being sent.
You need to embed the files in to the presentation so that they are included when you email the file. You should be able to follow the instructions here:

Depending on the size of the music files, this might make the presentation too big to email...
