O2 texting Orange

For some reason my Mum is not receiving my texts. She is on Orange and I am on O2. This has only just started happening. But my Dad can receive them fine and he is on Orange and has the exact same phone as my Mum. Does anyone know why this could be happening?

it could be for a number of reasons. there could be something physically wrong with the handset itself. the aerial may be damaged. I am on orange, and a while back there was a problem with orange itself. some phones worked better on orange than others. all my friend were on orange and their phones worked fine. take it into a phone shop, they'll probably network it again for her

She is only not receiving texts from me, she can receive them from anyone else.
