Computer screen moving up and down

I recently installed Norton 364 and then removed several thousand temporary internet files which it had discovered.
After this time, whenever I have used the blue up and down arrow on the right of the screen, in either Internet Explorer or Outlook Express, the screen then moves up and down intermittently. It is not doing it now because I have stopped using the blue arrow bar. If I use the up and down arrows on my keyboard, I don't have any such bother. Any advice please?

I walked away from the computer to the kitchen; came back and the screen just moved up and down before I even touched it. It has done it a few more times since.

You've reverted back to using the standard windows graphics drivers and not the correct, optimised ones for your graphics card.

You need to reinstall the drivers for the card, if you goto the manufacturers website they will available for download there.
