iPod Battery Charger?

I heard about a battery which you plug into your computer and charge it up, then you can plug that battery into your ipod and it wil charge your ipod up. This would be very useful for when on holiday and it runs out of battery and i can therefore double my ipods battery life! Where can i get one?
