How do I get Windows Security Center back on
( Windows update is on )

look in the control panel for "security center"

That's where i was looking for it - but it is not there .

I've had to use the restore/recovery discs recently , to re -load windows back on , due to the fact that windows wasn't working .

However after the reload , i noticed that WSC was not reloaded .

Any further suggestions would be appreciated
