Having bought my first apple imac and taken it back within 3 days because of hardware failure, I am having second thoughts about changing from windows.

Can anyone tell me please, is there a facility within windows 7 where you can drag the screen to whatever size you like when surfing the internet. I know with Apple you just drag it across from the corner, but I have windows xp on my laptop and the only way you can do this is to minimize then drag, which does not work when I playing cards in my online club room, it just takes me out of the room if I minimize.

Thanks.

Hit the maximise button and it will take the window off full screen and enable you to resize it.

Thanks Chuck, sadly this does not work in the card room as it maximizes out again.
Worth a try, will have to have a rethink.
