Internet Explorer Problem
I updated my Spyware Doctor and since then I can't connect to internet. Although I have deleted Spyware doctor for the time being but still on that particular computer my internet explorer window opens but page does not appear. Instead a message "connecting" appears and stays there. If I want to close it then it says that "internet explorer is not responding".
I have other computer connected to the same router and that seems to be working fine. I phoned Virgin media (service provider) and was told that I need new BROWSER. Now how do I do that? Although the advice from there is to call in IT engineer but Can I download that off the internet using other computer and then run onto the one with problem?
Thanks in advance.

But I also thought my router was working also....... but it was'nt.
I just unplugged the power to the router and left it for half a minute...re-connected the power and everything was back to normal.
It's worth a try...good luck.
