Stuck on auto scroll

Please help...I was in middle of game on 'Facebook' and inadvertantly pressed something on keyboard, now everytime I press 'SPACE-BAR' the page auto scrolls to bottom. I know this must be something really simple, but its got me flummoxed. Can someone please let me know how I 'undo' this action...Thanks in advance.

Errm... that's normal in both IE8 and Firefox. It'll hit the bottom if either it's a short page, or you hold the space bar down long enough

It's bl00dy annoying, i tend to accidentally tap the spacebar and lose my place!!!

Thanks Rojash...not made myself clear though i dont think...It doesnt noramlly do it, and I must have pressed something or poss 2 keys together...and need to know how to undo it.
