I would expect that your PC has a small headphone style jack and your stereo would have phono inputs. You should be able to get the correct cable, or an adaptor that plugs into your PC that will connect to a phono cable.
Not sure if it would work though, as there may be amplification considerations. I would try to get the cables/adaptors from a "Pound" shop - you'd be surprised at what they stock - at least if it doesn't work, you've not spent a fortune on the attempt.
