Hotmail
My hotmail address was hacked into last week and whoever it was sent an email to all my contacts about buying an iphone from a chinese website. When they did this they also deleted all my contacts and all emails that were in my inbox. When i looked in sent items there wasn't an email there. I have also found that now i do not receive any emails from any sites that i am subscribed too. Is there a way i can get my contacts back or start to receive my email from my subscribed sites?
Many thanks

contact hotmail they "may" have backup files for accounts.
with so many people havin their accounts hacked it maybe something they can help you with . however i am unsure if they do backup this type of information.
when i ran a domain myself i did not have this type of service for people who had email accounts on my domain simply because i felt backing up anything that was not my information was an intrusion into their privacy.

This has been a problem for some time. The problem is Hotmail's to sort out. I don't use Hotmail but I do get these spam e-mails from time to time from people in my address book that do. The first thing you should do is change your Hotmail log in password. Other advice is listed here:-
