how can i make an email template that will show within the compose window every time a write an email?

i used to have an email that gave you the option of themed backgrounds...stuff like bubbles, clouds etc

but i know you can install personalised templates, with a space for writing in

any ideas how i can do this?

do i need a special email provider? or special software?

I use www.Incredimail.com It does all of that.

Did you know that Incredimail infests your PC Registry with well over 600 entries, and is difficult to entirely remove? It's also difficult to export mail files from it. Glad I finished with it 4 years ago.

You can do with most mail programs ..
O Express ... Tools/Options/Compose .. Stationary .. create new tab. Follow the wizard.
Outlook .. similar
Firefox .. Open a new email, set out as you wish, save as .. template (add-ons available so you can use html content)
