how do i block out a face or body part in picassa

ive loads pics in picassa, i want to block out the eyes on one of my pics , how can i do this , have browsed all the different effects but cannot seem to do it. if i had a topless pic then how could i block out the nude bits for instance ? ta

Just having a quick look in Picasa and it looks like you can't, but most picture editors will let you paint over such an area, or pixellate it or whatever sort of effect you want.

One vg editor is Paint.NET http://www.getpaint.net/index.html if you don't already have any.

Go to Programs/ Accessories/Paint and use either the Eraser or Brush Tool.
These will block out a section of a picture but it depends exactly what quality of effect you are after.

I expect many will agree...we could'nt possibly help unless you show us the problem.

... or when you go to 'Paint' you could cut out a little 'piece' and paste it on the part you wish to hide.

If you are removing the nude bits of a topless photo, then what's the use of taking a topless photo?
