Email goes directly to deleted post

Whoops! By mistake I put an email friend into "blocked post" and now when I went there and unblocked her, her mails go directly into deleted post.
Is there somebody who can tell me in simple language how I can get her back into my "in box" when she sends a post.

what determines best playback quality - Is it higher or lower impedance, sensitivity, frequency etc. I have a sony minidisc MZ-RH1 and want to use it for recording shows / theatre etc. I have already got a sony ECM-719 but told a ECM-MS908 is better

What email service are you using?

is there and option 'like in hotmail' to mark as safe?

if that doesn't work, just make an email rule that any mesages from here go to your inbox.

Thanks for your answers. I got it fixed by doing the "system restore" bit, but thank you for taking the time to help me.
