Virgin Media Broadband down? South East
9 Answers
Since yesterday I've been unable to connect onto the internet. I did have a very slow connection for a short period yesterday. The connection was back up around 10:30pm last night but is down again. I live in the South East, anyone else been having problems?

I'm in East Sussex and no problems here at all.........fast speed as usual........try ringing free on 150....pick option for faults....should come up for any broadband faults pre-recorded message, if any current ones that VM engineers are working on to fix.....
If you get through to someone, ask them to check you area for any faults and they will look into it for you....and all FREE of Charge.
Good Luck.

You can always check their status page.

If you can't do it because your internet is down, ask a friend to check it for you.

Just a thought, but if, and when, mine goes down, i always call them when up and running again, whether it be broadband or tv service ( phones never go down )....speak to customer service and ask them as a goodwill gesture, they will credit something on to our account for loss of service....i depend on the internet working for my work so they have an obligation.....it;s not OUR fault the interuption happened........they always oblige and it;s not a small amount either......try it....nothing to lose as free call.....150....and select cust sves :0)
