A deduction was made from my bank account for £135.95 and was coded as DRI*SYMANTEC and www.myord.com.
A quick google search seems to suggest that it has something to do with software downloads however I don't remember making any purchases of that nature.

Does anyone know about these products/companies or how I can check whether it is a scam or not?

Thanks.

Symantec are usually known for their Norton anti-virus programme. Have you purchased any of their products online or are you due to renew any subscriptions to them for AV support?
That is fraud, needs reporting to Police (if they're interested) and claim back from CC Company.

Yes, looks like it was a fraudulent debit. There were also 2 dodgy debits for O2 and one for Orange. Have had to cancel the cards etc - ggrrr! But glad I noticed it before they took any bigger amounts out.
