Can anyone reccomend a tv bracket for a vesa 200-200 compatible 40in lcd tv?
there seems to be so many on the market!
I would prefer one that is as flush to the wall as possible,
until I upgrade my set box i'll be using scart leads, would this be a problem having one that flush to the wall as scart can be quite chunky?
its a brick wall. tv is a Samsung LE40B550 (hope this enough info to go on)
If I were you I would approach the suppliers and ask them whether your TV is suitable for wall mounting, and if it is then they should have the appropriate brackets etc for you to use.
It is a pity you did not ask shop where you bought it to wall mount it for you just incase of accident !!
all flat screens can be wall mounted, the mounting system is pretty much standard too.
Have a look down the list here, there are a selection of low profile or slimline mounts, they say in the details how far the TV will be away from the wall (however this might cause you a problem with the scart leads, so measure how far they stick out the back of the TV before buying)
For any monitor or TV wall mount, all you to need to have info is about height at which it is to be mounted and dimensions of brackets that will make monitor or TV hang on the wall.
So according to the size in inches of the TV go with the relevant brackets suited best to your wall.
