Spam Email with My Screen Name

i get emails from people from ebay saying they think i will like this item .........the only problem is it goes to my yahoo mail and its my stuff ...my ebay is registered on my live account

They are spoofing your address. The same email may well be going out in your name to everyone in your address book

yes, mine come from my own email address too. Perhaps it is my evil twin at work while I sleep.

not necessarily, factor30 - they can spoof your address without having to hack into your account. I've had both happen, but separately. So it probably doesn't mean smurfchops'
account has been hacked.

My ISP say not to worry about it .. but I should change my password ...

No need to worry. Anyone can make an email appear as though it's from anyone at all. The spammers have spoofed your address to bypass any filters you may have in place. Just delete it.

I wouldn't bother changing your password unless people in your contact list have also been getting spam mail sent from you.
