Nokia N95- how can I delete all my addresses at once?

I have never used the phone but for some reason have added my addresses to it! I would like to sell it so need to remove all my addresses. Is there an easy way to delete the lot?
prev PS3 and Media Server (WMP11)

if u have the usb cable and nokia pc suite cd install that then use the update phone
program within pc suite, it will update all the phone software and delete anything thats
on the phone, plus any new buyer gets an updated phone ie its built in running software.
