Hi Erin,

I got this phone (white handset) about six weeks ago, best phone i've had since Nokia N95. I have tried Samsung and LG but always come back to Nokia.

I got it on Orange £35 pm thats for 1200 mins, ul texts and 500mb (or whatever it is) internet.
Don't know what happened there, it posted itself!!

Cameras good, music player good, Ovi store apps good, ringtones nice and loud, so far so good (touch wood).

Oh great, I'll deffo consider buying it then. Do you know if it's possible for £15 pm?
Because I can't find a deal like that anywhere...
Hi Erin,

Personally, when I had a look at the N97 I found it to be a bit of a disappointment. The OS is a little sluggish (because the hardware is almost identical to that of the n95) and the slide annoyed me somewhat.

I went for the N900 (http://www.nokia.co.uk/find-products/all-pho
nes/nokia-n900)
which is a superb replacement for a laptop - which happens to make calls. It is fast, can handle full web-pages including flash, video and so on. Oh, and it is an FM transmitter (i.e. good for the car). The keyboard is lovely too.

However, I would say that I was looking for something which would allow me to to do everything I can on a laptop. If you simply want a phone which does lots of other cool stuff (rather than a tiny laptop which makes calls) the N97 is probably not a bad bet.

I'd stick with Nokia regardless as the standard 3.5mm headphone jack and the mail for exchange program is something you'll love them for.

All the best
