Trying to load Mozilla Firefox

Had a bit of trouble with Firefox so decided to uninstall and re install. It installs and then I can't find it anywhere, no logo on my desktop, not in All Programmes so I look to uninstall it again and it isn't there. Where could it be ? I have Windows 7. I am not technical so easy answers please !

By the way I have tried pushing the Run button as well as the Save button.

Have you looked in you downloads folder? It sounds as though you have downloaded the file, but have not installed it.
