emil in windows 7

Hi just got windows 7 and I'm trying to set up the email. I have my account set up and verified but can't send an email. It says its sent but doesnt arrive.
Also is there an eqivalent of the send/receive button that was in outlook?

Me again. Ok obviously I meant email not emil. I've sorted out the sending of emails, but I still would like to know if there's an equivilant to the send/receive button. can anyone help?

It's now called "Sync", but it's just the same - i.e. if you click the word Sync it will synchronise all your accounts, whereas clicking the teeny-tiny drop-down adjacent to it will allow you to sync a single account. If you click the drop-down you'll also see that there are shortcusts available: F5 = Sync all e-mail, Ctrl-F5 = Sync everything.

Thanks rojash but I must be really thick. I cannot find the word sync anywhere. Where should I be looking?

God just shoot me now. I was in completely the wrong page. I was in live hotmail instead of live mail.
