Box came up in tool bar - anyone know what it is?

If it's an Acer computer, Eragent ('eRecovery Agent') is a program which backs up your computer in case of errors. It's probably set to run automatically when you start the computer. You can simply leave it as it is, without harming your computer in any way. If you don't want it to run at startup, go to Start>Run type 'msconfig' (without the quote marks) and click 'OK'. Click on 'Startup', remove the tick alongside eragent.exe and click 'OK'. Accept the option to restart your PC. Then, when you see a message about 'selective startup ', place a tick alongside 'Do not show this message again' and click 'OK'.
