Gravatar are driving me up the wall!!

i´ve got 2 pictures off google , but cant seem to find a way to get them onto answerbank, what´s the next step?

did you put the right url in?

if you tried that way, have you tried saving the picture onto your computer and then using gravatar to find it on your computer and use it that way?

Google 'funny photos' and find a photo. I downloaded mine into My Pictures. Register with gravatar.com. Confirm. Go into your profile and Edit User Profile. Tick the avatar box at the top. if you don't get your picture try CTRL F5. That's all I can remember about yesterday ...

A avatar is a picture or something that is unique to every user.
It shows who they are, and it goes with them.
On AB, it's a pic, on XBox Live, it's a person whom you control.
etc.
They are new to AB, introduced last night.

Just as I opened your link, your picture at the top said 'Avatar Link Piggynose' and then it went back to the pink picture. Maybe someone will know wht that means. Did you try CTRL F5 piggy ? Go into your Edit User page and try it. It will only work if you have been with AB longer than 11 days by the way ....

well i tried ctrl5 nothing, zilch!! i´ve got the images i want on gravatar with same email as ab. i´ve again gone to my profile, edit user details, then i got your avatar is currently active. so i right clicked on the pink image, seen my photos, but still nothing!!

Have you pressed submit (to change the amendment to your profile). That baffled me for a while.
