I keep getting a window pop up that says, "A script in this movie is causing Adobe 10 to run slowly, if it continues your computer may become unresponsive"... or words to that effect.

I'd tried updating my adobe the other day whilst McAfee was doing a full virus scan. Neither the scan nor the update completed and now I'm having problems. I've uninstalled the McAfee now, as I have AVG anyway.

Would appreciate any help.

I've been getting that all today and when I ignore it aborts the programme. It seems to have stopped for now.
ive been getting that tonight NoM, never seen it before. let me know if you get a 'technical' answer!
I'm getting exactly the same thing tonight, I haven't got McAfee active at the moment, it would be interesting to know what is causing it.

Well that's a cute little kitty, I must say.
its been happening to me too.

Dave.
l;ve had that this evening, I've just said "Yes" and it goes away. It might be one of the little video adverts that shows on AB sometimes (I think).
Relates to Flash player by Adobe. Maybe download and reinstall? Sorry I'm logging off now so hope you sort it soon!
I have had that too, it started today - can't remember what I did to get rid of it (tend to panic and just click things randomly).
Hi guys,

It is one of the Ads I am certain. I am currently trying to find out why this is happening.

All the best
